The original artwork entitled, ‘Magnetic. Created using heavy bodied acrylics, acrylic pens nd archival ink fine liners.
Magnetic was a follow-up to the smaller and ever popular, ‘Metallic’. Employing the same corroded and rusty metal colour palette, ‘Magnetic’ was another lament to the loss of the Great British industry. During the artist’s formative working years, he worked first-hand in an environment where the old, huge and majestic machines of the past, pounded away day after day, before they all eventually fell silent, and the industry was gone.
Framed in a lovely, high quality handmade wooden frame.
