Join Steve as he shares some of the many techniques he employs to produce his amazing Cubist art AND create your very own masterpiece alongside him.
Steve invites a small group of enthusiastic art lovers (any standard welcome) to join him in a 5 hour session (10:30am – 3:30pm) in creating Cubist art.
In a lovely large room with tons of natural daylight streaming in. Participants will receive tuition from Steve and personal guidance and encouragement. It is an opportunity to paint along with Steve, but you will also be encouraged to follow your own sense of freedom to create your very own Cubist and Abstract masterpiece.
Steve will provide the following materials:
Rulers
Fine Liner Pens
Pencils and rubbers
Canvas / Boards / Watercolour Paper / Khadi Handmade Paper
Masking Tape
A small selection of Acrylic Paint
Acrylic Pens
A selection of paint brushes and palette knives
A selection of other materials that can be an interesting addition to your artwork.
Participants will be required to bring along:
Any extra or special paints they wish to use;
Also participants are advised to bring along a packed lunch / sandwiches / pop and any special dietary requirements. Although there IS a coffee shop at the venue.
This will start at 10:30am on Friday 24th May 2024 and will run until 3:30pm at The Malvern Cube, Albert Rd N, Great Malvern, Malvern WR14 2YF
If time allows then the day will end with a friendly critique.
